The Wider Estate
Perry is only part of the story. Cabalva is a working mixed estate - orchards, beef and sheep farming, four holiday lets, and two ceramics studios - all set along the banks of the River Wye beneath the Black Mountains.
Aberdeen Angus Herd
The estate combines spring-fed hill grazing with rich water-meadows along the river. Our pedigree, pure-bred Aberdeen Angus herd grazes the sunny, south-facing fields with views over the Wye - 100% grass-fed, born and raised at Cabalva in a closed breeding system, and matured slowly: our beef is aged for 28 days. It's the kind of quality a small number of the UK's best restaurants come to us for directly, alongside our own beef box scheme.
Four Holiday Lets
From a six bedroom farmhouse to romantic one bedroom retreats, Cabalva is a wonderful choice for a holiday, fishing break or family celebration.
Cabalva Ceramics
Potter Corisande Albert runs two working pottery studios on-site, with courses for beginners and experienced potters alike - all set in a delightful Victorian kitchen garden with stunning views over the Black Mountains. for a hen do, a rehearsal-day activity, or wedding favours with real provenance.
